We are wanderlust souls who own a brand photography business – naturally, those wandering ways have made their way into our offerings and the ways we serve our soulful brand photography clients best. We currently have two adventure offerings available:
The NOW BOARDING series and the PORTRAIT ADVENTURES!
Now Boarding Series:
Bite-sized adventure + indulgence
The Now Boarding series is perfect for those who want to create their own adventure while still having an epic experience and co-creating amazing photos.
Each Now Boarding destination has the same two-day structure – the first day is a “pop-up” day. Kate will share where she’s going to be eating and what she’ll be doing, and attendees can opt-in for whatever they’d like, at their own investment point. Kate prides herself on being a travel expert, so the restaurants will be superb, and the activities will be iconic, breathtaking, or soul-stretching.
The second day is an intimate group photography experience. Kate will have chosen 2-4 photo locations; each attendee will get individual photos in these epic spaces, as well as “doing the work” photos. For example, if an attendee is a coach, then the other attendees will step in as mock clients so the coach can have curated content showing them doing the work. Lunch and a celebratory dinner are included! Space is limited, typically capped at 3-5 attendees.

Asheville + Smoky Mountains – August 4th + 5th, 2024

Portrait Adventures
all-inclusive luxury + adventure
The Portrait Adventures experiences are made for those who want it all – amazing locations, all-inclusive design, epic photos, and deep, intentional sisterhood.
Each Portrait Adventure destination is carefully chosen and based on Kate’s vast knowledge of the travel world. You can count on amazing food, fun excursions, cozy lodgings, scroll-stopping brand photos, and open-hearted community. These are intimate group experiences, typically capped at 5-10 attendees.
Each day of the retreat will include “work” sessions led by Kate, moving our bodies, an excursion/activity, three meals, and space for rest, play, or whatever feels right in that moment! We cap it off with a day of individual brand photos, a celebratory dinner, and an incredible closing ceremony.
Our 2024 Portrait Adventure experience will be in Zion National Park, Utah on April 7-13, 2024. Two spots are taken and up to six remain. For more information, click here! Our 2025 dates and locations will be announced mid-2024!
