We’ve lined up a number of exciting excursions, as well as creating room for rest and relaxation, while curating brand photo sessions that will take your photo library to the next level.

Your retreat host and planner, Kate, has been to Austin multiple times; she’s taken all of her past experiences in the region and created a retreat itinerary that features the best of the area.
Austin is truly vibrant and is the perfect setting for transformational inner work around how we show up in the world, and even more specifically, our mindset towards our online presence and our brand photos. This will be an intentionally intimate experience. A large pillar of the retreat is collaboration – you’ll be in the company of like-minded women, all successful in their own right and seeking friendship and organic opportunities to co-create something amazing.

Retreat sessions lead by Kate
We’ll only have 1-2 “sessions” each day, focused around elevating your business’ brand photos and content, and how you show up for yourself and your business. The rest of the time will be luxury and play and community and sacred solo time, all designed with the intention of leaving Austin with a sense of clarity, deeper love of self, and intentional collaborations with your fellow adventurers.
$100 photo product credit, good towards any celebratory talisman (canvas print, acrylic print, etc.) through KLEM + Co. to memorialize your time in Texas
Edited, unwatermarked images, delivered in an online gallery two weeks after our return from Texas
Virtual meet-and-greet happy hour ahead of the retreat to get to know your fellow adventure squad members

Facebook group for the event + website with expert recommendations for lodging, restaurants, activities, etc. for those that want to extend their trip or explore during our “open times” at the retreat.

The information listed below is designed to be vague. This retreat is an experience of trust and adventure, knowing that you’ll be completely held and safe in a space of luxury, community, and love.
Sunday, April 6th, 2025
Plan to arrive at the retreat basecamp in Austin, Texas on Sunday, April 6th by 6pm Central Time. You’ll be able to “check-in” with us as soon as you arrive.
6:00pm – Heavy appetizers and drinks at basecamp, followed by a welcome ceremony
Monday, April 7th, 2024 through Wednesday, April 10th, 2025
Daily activities could include:
Grab-and-go breakfast
Morning excursion/activity outdoors
Chef-prepared lunch
Retreat session (typically 1.5-2 hours), candid photos, group photos
Open time to choose your own adventure
Collaboration opportunities
Happy hour with mocktails created by Kate (your mixologist and retreat host!) and chef-prepared dinner

Departure day – Please plan to stay through Thursday evening as the Closing Ceremony is incredibly impactful! Check-out by 4pm.

Common Questions:
“How do I get to Austin, TX? Will I need a rental car?”
We recommend flying into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Austin, TX. You can certainly rent a car if you’d like, and transportation to and from the airport is included with your investment. Once you arrive at the basecamp, we will have rental cars we will drive to transport the group for excursions and such.
“What do I wear??”
We’ll be sending a suggested packing list to you a few weeks before the retreat! You’ll want a mix of comfortable loungewear, outdoor/activewear, and curated outfits for the photo sessions and dining excursions. For the Closing Ceremony, you’ll want to wear something that makes you feel like an absolute goddess/your Highest Self. For the photo sessions, be sure to iron/steam your items ahead of your session so you love how they look. It’s super important to wear pieces you LOVE on yourself, rather than wearing what you think is “trendy” or should look good. For more inspiration, check out our Pinterest board.
“What will the weather be like?”
The weather in Austin in April is typically warm and dry – we can expect an average high of 80° with evening temperatures sometimes dipping into the mid 50s. In 2024, daily highs for our retreat dates ranged from 71-84°, and evening lows ranged from 51-64°. Austin won’t be humid during this time.
“Do I get the edited images?”
Yes! You have edited, unwatermarked images included in your package. The images will be high resolution, so you can use them on social media, websites, printed materials, etc. All images will be edited in our true-to-life editing style. If you have a preset you like to use for your brand, you have the option of receiving the culled, raw, unedited images from your session so that you or your team may edit the photos with your brand’s preset. Please let us know if this will be your preference.
“What happens if it rains?”
If the forecast is showing rain, we may rearrange the order of our daily itinerary to try to avoid the rain. If the rain seems unavoidable, we’ll aim to spend more of our time at our indoor locations. We’ll have clear umbrellas on hand for the photo sessions, and we encourage embracing the weather (as long as it is safe to do so) and playing in the rain – this is a photo adventure, after all!
